These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our website, and order and buy goods through our online delivery service.

Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website, and also read our Privacy Policy regarding your personal information.

We aim to process all enquires and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.


FabWorld has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate. Where a product’s correct price is lower than that paid, we will refund the difference to you, and despatch your order in the usual way. Where the correct price is higher you will have the option of proceeding with the order at the correct price, or canceling the order. Where a reduced price is shown on sale, the item(s) have been on sale at the higher price for 28 days or more.

Reduced products will show the ‘now price’ and ‘was price’ with banners reflecting the discount level by £ off or % off. The reductions shown are reductions from the original (‘was price’) charged on the website.

Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.


Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.

Delivery Information

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

We provide FREE Postage (1-2 working days but not guaranteed) to all of the UK customers. Most of the mainland UK buyers will get the parcel within 1 working day and rest within 2-3 working days.  Customers outside mainland UK can choose next day service (not guaranteed) by paying £2 extra only. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.

We will dispatch the goods within 1-2 WORKING days after you place your order providing your items are in stock (Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.), e.g. If you ordered on Thursday your goods will be dispatched on Thursday (if payment received before 2.00pm) or Friday (if payment received after 2.00pm). If you ordered on Friday your goods will be dispatched on Friday (if payment received before 2.00pm) or the following Monday (if payment received after 2.00pm).

UK buyers can also choose GUARANTEED Next Working Day Delivery (Monday-Friday) which costs £7.50  or aSaturday GUARANTEED Delivery for £11.50 (Please note oversized/large goods might be charged extra).

Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm from Monday to Friday and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

We use either Airmail (non-trackable) or International Tracked/Signed For (trackable) postage for oversea buyers depending on weight and the vale of the product(s) and the country you are living. Prices are available at the check out. Postage usually takes about 5-7 WORKING days to EU countries and 10-15 WORKING days for rest of the world. However postal delay happens from time to time and delivery is something out of our control.

For large items (e.g. luggage bags, TDP lamps, office supplies, wholesale products etc.) EXTRA P&P might be charged for certain areas: e.g. the highlands and islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Channels Islands etc.. The postcodes that fall within these areas are: AB31-56, All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT. Please call or email us for a quote on delivery charge if your postcode falls into one of these. If you have paid for your item, we will contact you and advise the costs and you have the right to cancel your order if you were not happy with it.

Please check carefully to ensure the postal address and telephone number provided are CORRECT & COMPLETE when you check out. We cannot make changes or cancel an order once it has been shipped. Please note if a parcel is returned by the courier due to wrong address provided, buyer is responsible for full costs of re-dispatching the order.

All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines except Special Delivery. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on weekends or a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us via email at sales@fabworld.co.uk.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes; however, we do deliver to BFPOs (British Forces Posted Overseas).


Return Procedure

We know that sometimes it takes more than one attempt for people to find the right item for themselves – choosing from a computer screen may not be easy but it shouldn’t be stressful! We are confident that you will love our products but if anything is wrong we don’t want you to worry for one second! With our 14 day guarantee for all customers ––WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT BACK ANY ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND!

Of course there are conditions and exceptions that we would like you to know about! We do want this process to be fair for both you and us!

You may request to return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it was not untied, tried on, tampered with or used in any way. We want the process to be easy for you so just follow the 4 simple rules!

1. All products will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, i.e. in its original retail packaging, undamaged, unused,  and in a fully resaleable condition.

2. All hair products MUST be returned unworn and unused. This includes wearing, cutting, washing or styling the hair in anyway. This also means that you can’t try on the hair – even if briefly!  If you remove the hair and remove the bonds that tie it up, it is ineligible for return.

3. Finally, you are responsible for all postage costs sending the item back to us and the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We would recommend obtaining proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. We cannot offer a refund or exchange until the item arrives back to our premises.  We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

4. In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please be aware that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original payment within 48 hours after we receive the return.

Refund Policy Exclusions

For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:

Cosmetics once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.

Pierced earrings and other pierced body jewellery unless faulty.

Hair accessories and fascinators once it’s been untied or used (*Please refer to Return Procedure for more details).

The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Cancellations Procedure

How you can cancel this agreement

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.

How FabWorld can cancel this agreement

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order

  • We are unable to obtain payment

  • We do not deliver to your area

  • A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified
